Katherine is a NED, STEM Ambassador and former UK Space Agency CEO. She has 30+ years’ experience of business innovation, start-up and growth in the UK, Europe and other geographies; and nearly 15 years’ experience leading UK government policy and programmes. In her early executive career, she developed new ventures for Cable & Wireless, BT and a series of international tech start-ups. As a Senior Civil Servant, she led landmark UK Government tech-enabled transformation. At the UK Space Agency, she opened the UK market to commercial satellite launch and led €1.4bn investment in collaborative European space missions.
