Shân has spent most of her professional life doing, studying, analysing and advising on growth-led Innovation. Since 2018, her focus has been the intersection of innovation, Emerging Tech/AI and Governance, in all its ESG flavours, but notably regulatory and data governance. Her work is primarily supporting FS leaders, NEDs and executives who are NOT subject matter experts in Tech and Data, yet accountable and liable for decision-making and outcomes on customer and society-at-large.
