James Tucker
Deputy Director, Health and International - Office for National Statistics
Following completion of a PhD in quantitative genetics, James has worked as an analyst in a range of government departments, joining the Office for National Statistics in 2013. James current focus is on building partnerships across government and beyond to develop innovative approaches to use of health data, alongside leading ONS's international relations and development work. He founded the Government Data Quality Hub in 2020, and established it as a service for anyone working directly or indirectly with data in the public sector.
