Justine Palefsky is Co-Founder and CEO of Kindred, the members-only home swapping network which she started in 2021. Kindred members swap & stay in one another’s vetted primary homes, unlocking the ability to live a travel-rich lifestyle at a radically more affordable price point through the power of a trusted community. Prior to starting Kindred, Justine helped scale the property technology companies Opendoor and Homebound, and worked at Bain & Company as a management consultant. She has a degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from Brown University, and is an avid drawer, painter, and magical thinker. Justine lives in San Francisco with her partner Ben and their two beloved dogs who keep things interesting.
